About Cargo Bike Racing
Cargo bike racing is for all who enjoy riding their cargo bikes in everyday life.  Riders load, transport and unload cargo around a short circuit, racing against other riders in heats.  While speed is a factor, the skill and tactics of loading the cargo, as well as fairness during the race are equally as important. You can be the fastest rider on the track, but if you’re not able to secure your load then you won’t get far!  The most important aspect of cargo bike racing is to have fun, and we promote fair racing with great sportsmanship, ensuring that everyone leaves with a smile on their face.  Further, cargo bike racing presents the opportunity for the international cargo bike community to meet, socialise and have a great time together.

Who Can Participate
Everyone with a cargo bike. Riders must be 18 or older to race. No racing or sporting experience is required, just competent handling of a cargo bike, motivation and a smile are all that’s needed.

To follow the race as a spectator, all it requires is a trade fair ticket. Book a visitor-Tickets here
